Charles Peacock Death | Charles Peacock Obituary – Charles Peacock, 45, of Syracuse was shot and killed last week on Syracuse’s South Side. Charles Peacock died on the 4th of August 2020, police said on Wednesday. Peacock was shot in the midsection in the 100 block of Wente Terrace just after 1 a.m. on Tuesday and later confirmed dead at Upstate University Hospital.
According to Syracuse.com, a house was hit by gunfire during the shooting. Reports says that several shell casing were found on the scene the morning of the shooting. Peacock was the 20th person to be killed in Syracuse this year. In the last decade, the city has averaged 21 homicides a year. Police ask anyone with information about the shooting to call the Syracuse Police Department at (315) 442-5222.
