Lucas Jester Death | Lucas Jester Obituary – Lucas Jester age 19 of Kansas City has been identified as the victim shot and killed inside of a vehicle that was parked on the street.
Police responded to the 8400 block of Lane Drive around 9:30 p.m. after someone reported hearing several gunshots in the area. Lucas was known to be a good soul he a good figured to his community and country. he will be greatly missed.
No suspects have been arrested and the investigation is ongoing.
