Samuel Zavala Death – The identity of the man who was killed after a fatal crash on Thursday, August 6 on I-680 in Sunol has been released by the county corner’s office as 20-year-old Samuel Zavala of Walnut Creek.
This release was made on Thursday, August 13.
The crash occurred before 4.30 a.m on Thursday, on southbound 680 north of Koopman Road, says the police.

According to CHP, Zavala was thrown out of his car after the rollover crash and rushed to the Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley.
He later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
The crash is still under investigation.
