Anthony Brady Death | Anthony Brady Obituary – Anthony Brady a 52 year old Brisbane man was found dead on Friday afternoon, 14th of August 2020 last week. Repports says that the 32 year old woman accused of killing Anthony Brady was on parole at the time of her alleged crime, a Cairns court has heard. Madeleine Joan Lewin is charged with manslaughter over the death of Anthony Brady. Mr Brady had travelled to Cairns from Brisbane for work and was last seen at a Caltex petrol station last week.
According to news release, Ms Lewin’s case was heard in the Cairns Magistrates Court on 16th of August 2020 but she remained in the Cairns watch house and did not appear in court. Her defence solicitor Mark Butler asked the case be adjourned until 17th of August 2020 as police were yet to make a decision on the suspension of her parole. The man’s family raised the alarm when he failed to return home to Brisbane on a flight from Cairns. Police released pictures of Ms Lewin on Saturday morning, initially describing her as a person of interest. On Sunday she was taken into custody and later charged with manslaughter.
