Knife Stabber Death – The police have confirmed the death of a man who was shot to death by Israeli security after stabbing a police officer on Monday evening, August 17 in Jerusalem’s Old City.
According to spokesman Micky Rosenfeld report to AFP, the knife attacker “was shot dead, a policeman lightly injured.”

Witness report says that the knife attacker was seen covered in blood and lying on the ground after the incident.
The police officer who was stabbed is aged 19. He was stabbed to the chest and was rushed to Jerusalem’s Hadassa hospital where he is said to be conscious.
Another victim, a woman close to the scene was also lightly hurt by the police fire, says the police.
The investigation is still ongoing.
