Maurice Timmons Death – The mobile police have released the identity of the victim who was shot and killed on Broad Street on Monday night, August 17 as 48-year-old Maurice Timmons.
The police responded to the scene at about 10.09 p.m after receiving the report of a shooting on the 200 block of Broad Street.

Upon their arrival to the scene, they found Timmons suffering from gun shot wounds. He was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The investigation is still ongoing and is ruled as homicide.
