Dale C. Baize Death – The New Albany Police Department have released the identity of the man who was shot to death outside a New Albany home on Monday, August 17 as 34-year-old Dale C. Baize, a Louisville resident.
According to Chief Todd Bailey of the New Albany Police Department, they were called before 10 p.m on Monday to a home in the 800 block of W. 7th St. on shots fired.

Upon the arrival of the officers, they found Baize dead on the sidewalk.
A suspect, Jacob B. Rogers, 23, of New Albany, was arrested on a preliminary charge of murder.
Investigation is still ongoing.
