Maclean Maund Death

Maclean Maund death & obituary. The Seton Hill mourns the death of their own, a student and baseball player, Mac Maund who tragically died in a motor accident on January 25, 2020.

Mac Maund was only 18-year-old at the time of his death. He was involved in a vehicle crash that happened over the weekend.

Tributes are been posted on social media. Seton Hill University on Facebook, released a statement on his death.

The Seton Hill Community mourns the loss of Maclean “Mac” Maund, a member of the freshman class who passed away suddenly over the weekend. Mac was a freshman Business Administration major and was looking forward to his first season as a member of the Seton Hill Baseball team.

We offer our deepest condolences to his family and friends, as well as his teammates and coaches.

Members of the Seton Hill community gathered to remember Mac during our regularly scheduled mass on Sunday evening. St. Joseph’s Chapel was filled to capacity with students, faculty, staff and friends who came together to honor a Griffin gone too soon.

Our prayers are with everyone affected by Mac’s death.
