Vincent Sebastian death & obituary: At Marriott Avenue, Westerly’s North End late Saturday afternoon 25th January, 2020 Sebastian, 28 was gruesomely shot dead by his 30-year-old cousin Seignious.
Seignious is still on the run as police have declared him to be armed and dangerous after all efforts to find find him by Ledyard Police, Mashantucket Tribal Police, Connecticut State Police, and K9 and patrol units from Westerly Police, Groton Town Police, Stonington Police, and Montville Police, Shewville Road all proved abortive.
Police stated that Sebastian was found with a single gunshot wound to his chest. The Westerly Ambulance came and made unsuccessful attempts to revive him. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:29 p.m.
