Shaila Russell Death – The identity of the woman that died after a fiery fatal crash that occurred between a semi and a car in eastern Jefferson County on Thursday morning, August 20 has been released by the Metro Police as 29-year-old Shaila Russell, of Louisville.
The police reports that the incident occurred around 5.00 a.m on Thursday on Old Henry Road near Nelson Miller Road and I-265.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the semi truck was making a left turn onto Old Henry Road, and was struck by a car, which had run pass the red light.
Russell was pronounced dead after the car went ablaze.
The driver of the semi was uninjured, says the police.
