Oxnard Police Officer Nathan Martin Passed Away | Cause Of Death:
Nathan Martin died January 29, 2020 following ghastly vehicle crash that took place on the south edge of the city’s La Colonia neighborhood, near Campton Drive, said report.
Nathan Martin passed away Wednesday around 4 p.m in accident. He passed on at the age of 45 from injuries sustained in crash, when the driver of a a tractor-trailer, failed to stop and turned left in front his eastbound motorcycle, his machine crashed with the tractor and Martin was severely injured and uncommunicative at the scene of accident, said police.
Nathan was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, said police.
Martin was a 20-year veteran of the Oxnard Police Department. He was currently employed as a resource officer at Hueneme High School, said report.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
