Moore High School Rachel Freeman Passed Away | Cause Of Death:
Rachel Freeman died February 03, 2020 following ghastly vehicle accident that took place 300 block of North Eastern in Moore, said report.
Rachel Freeman passed away Monday at about 3:30 p.m in accident. She was jogging along 5 others teens on the road, when the driver of a red truck, lost control and struck her, she was severely injured and was rendered unresponsive at the scene of accident, said police.
Freeman was pronounced dead at the spot of the crash. She passed on from injuries sustained in the crash, police said.
Rachael was a senior at Moore High School. She was also a member of the MHS Cross Country team.
In 2017, she won the first overall woman medal and the third overall woman in 2018 and 2019 for the team.
Max Leroy Townsend, the driver of the vehicle had been charged during investigation.
