Benjamin Romayor Death | Benjamin Romayor Obituary – 68 years old Benjamin Romayor, of Lompoc, was killed in a head-on car crash last weekend in Lompoc, authorities said. The deadly two-vehicle accident transited at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday, 22nd of August 2020, on Harris Grade Road near Burton Mesa Road.
California Highway Patrol said a 2017 white BMW, driven by Isaac Valentino DeLuna, 20, of Lompoc, was traveling southbound on the roadway when it crossed into the northbound lane and collided with a 1995 Ford pickup truck. Romayor sustained life threatening injuries in the accident, including a laceration to his right hand due to the collision. DeLuna suffered minor injuries and arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and driving under the influence of alcohol. An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
