Aaron Smith Death – The police have released the identity of the man who was shot and killed during a shoot out in Tunapuna on Monday afternoon, August 17 as Aaron Smith.
The police reports that at about 5.30 p.m on Monday, residents of Achong Trace, Tunapuna, heard multiple explosions and contacted the police. When the officers arrived, they located Smith suffering from several gun shot wounds and was still conscious.

Smith was rushed to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex in Mt Hope after the paramedics arrived and he was later pronounced dead. He succumbed to his injuries.
An autopsy is to take place by the Forensic Science Center in St James on Tuesday.
