Amayah Charles Death-Obituary: a 19-year-old woman has been identified by Police as the victim of a two vehicle crash that happened on Monday morning around 2:40 a.m. on Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
According to Park Police, Charles died at the scene of the crash, which happened on route 295 at Route 32 near Annapolis Junction.
