Amy Dulake Death – Obituary, Cause Of Death – It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Amy Dulake. Amy worked at The Kinema for over 40 years, starting in the projection room in 1963 before becoming Manager in the 1980s, a position she held until her retirement in 2005.
