Anthony Keli Kawino dead at 33. Cause of Death and Obituary
Minnesota Patrol Police are currently investigating the cause of a fatal accident that took the life of Anthony Kawino, Thursday afternoon at about 12:26 p.m.
According to the State Patrol, a Chevy Malibu was going north on Highway 52 in the left lane and attempted to merge into the right lane. It was during that attempt that it hit a Saturn, which rear-ended a Honda Civic, which in turn hit a Ford Escape.
The accident happened on northbound Highway 52, near Plato Boulevard at about 12:26 p.m.

The Saturn had three people inside. According to the crash report, the driver and one of the passengers suffered non life-threatening injuries, but the third person, identified as Anthony Keli Kawino, 33, of Burnsville, was killed in the crash. The report says none of the people in the Saturn were wearing seat belts.
The driver of the Malibu, identified by the crash report as 20-year-old Megan Charol Severson, of Preston, suffered non life-threatening injuries, as did the driver of the Honda Civic and the Ford Escape.
Alcohol is not believed to have played a role in the crash.
Northbound Highway 52 was closed for a few hours, but has since reopened.
