Anthony Miller Death – Authorities have released the identity of the victim who died in a shooting that occurred in the 400 block of Sheridan on Monday, July 20, as 21-year-old Anthony Miller, a Cape Girardeau resident.
According to the Cape Girardeau Police Department, around 12:30 a.m on Monday, they received a report of shots fired in the 400 block of Sheridan.

Upon the officers arrival, they found Miller unresponsive. Miller was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Deputies say Miller’s family has been properly notified of his death before his name was released to the public.
Investigation is still ongoing.
