Arlyn Imberman Death | Obituary – Board member and Arizona Opera family member, Arlyn Imberman sadly passed away on July 2,
Scottsdale – Arlyne Joyce Imberman of Scottsdale and New York City died on July 2. Born on August 11, 1939, she was the daughter of Sol and Frieda Kittay.
After establishing herself in Arizona in 2015, she became active in Arizona Women in Philanthropy, and served on the Boards of the Desert Botanical Garden and the Arizona Opera, as well as continuing to serve on the National Board of The American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Israel. In NYC she was a Director of The Kittay Foundation, a member of The Lotus Club, and served as a docent at the Museum of Decorative Arts.
Professionally, Mrs. Imberman was a well-known graphologist and author of Signature for Success. Her ability to discern character from a person’s handwriting amazed those who previously had been skeptical about the validity of graphology.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Jacob Imberman, a prominent New York attorney, with whom she had no children. She is survived by a brother, Jeffrey Kittay, who lives in New York.
We express our sympathy and deepest condolences to Arlyn Imberman’s family today and in the days, weeks, months, and years that are to come as they cope with her passing. May her soul rest in peace.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of board member and Arizona Opera family member, Arlyn Imberman. Those that had a chance to know Arlyn can attest to her intelligence and warmth, and she will be sorely missed.https://t.co/fjArFqHiQM pic.twitter.com/fbB2qyZvqJ
