Belkis Rosales Death – The Sunrise police have confirmed the death of a woman who was found stabbed to death on Wednesday morning, August 19 inside her apartment as Belkis Rosales.
Authorities reports that Rosales lived in the apartment with her son and boyfriend. When the police arrived the apartment, the boyfriend was not found. He is currently considered as a person of interest.

According to family members report to Local 10 News, they believed Rosales was killed while her son was at home, and that she tried to call for help before succumbing to her injuries.
At 8.20 a.m on Wednesday, officers responded to the Sunblest Townhomes community in the 4700 block of Northwest 89th Avenue after the report of the incident from the home, says investigators.
Later in the morning, the area was blocked by the police with crime scene tape.
A neighbor says, “I didn’t know if I was waking up in a dream or in a fog because you don’t see that in this community.” She said she would usually see Rosales walking around the complex with her son in a stroller.
The identity of the boyfriend who is the father of Rosales baby is yet to be released.
