Bill Barlow Death | Bill Barlow Obituary – Bill Barlow the former Cambridge councillor and MPP has been confirmed dead. From 1967 to 1972, Barlow served as alderman in Galt and from 1973 to 1977, he was a councillor for the newly-amalgamated city of Cambridge.
Barlow was inducted into the Cambridge Hall of Fame in 2019 for his lifelong commitment to the community. He volunteered in a variety of local clubs and community associations for 62 years. He owned and operated Barlow Cartage for more than 40 years.
From 1981 to 1987, he went on to serve as Progressive Conservative MPP for Cambridge and North Dumfries for two terms. He died at the age of 90 in his Cambridge home on Sunday, 5th of July 2020.
