Halloween was supposed to be a fun festival but in California, some people have taken it to another level as four people have been murdered.
Authorities said nothing less than 4 people have been shot dead at a house party in California
Four people were also injured in the shooting that happened in Orinda, i miles northeast of Oakland.
Orinda Police Chief David Cook told ABC News in an email Friday morning that investigation is ongoing.
