A Philadelphia 10-year-old boy has been shot in the back of his head in Frankford section around 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, according Philadelphia Police Department.
The pre-teen boy was rushed to a children hospital in a very critical condition. The boy was reportedly heading back home from school when he was shot, according to ABC Philadelphi statin WPVI.
