40-year-old Brandon Snyder has tragically died after being stabbed to death, before being shot 15 times on Monday night, March 30, 2020.
The killer, Derek Sweere, 30, reportedly took a folding knife and stabbed Synder who was his room. Synder died from the stabbing wound, and was further shot 15 times by Sweere.
Sweere was charged with 2nd-degree murder and possession of firearm in Snyder’s death. Sweere who reportedly stabbed Snyder in his left eye, about 2 inches, also shot him 15 times with a .22-caliber rifle.
According to Sweere, the rifle had been loaded a coup;e of days before the shooting.
Brandon Snyder died at the scene of the incident.
