Breosha Murray Death | Obituary
Breosha Murray, a 21-year-old nursing student of University of Southern Mississippi (USM) student was killed Wednesday night in a car crash at the intersection of U.S. 49 and Mississippi 42.
The deadly accident happened around 9 p.m., according to Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Travis Luck.
How The Accident Happened: A preliminary investigation determined that a Nissan Altima, driven by 21-year-old Jordan Jenkins of Harrisville, was in the southbound lane of U.S. 49 when a Chrysler passenger vehicle driven by 68-year-old Kathy Herrin of Germantown, Tennessee, collided with the Altima, striking the passenger side.
Jenkins’ girlfriend, Breosha Murray, who was a passenger in the Altima, was pronounced dead at the scene. She was a junior kinesiology student and former member of the Tri Delta sorority.
