Cassondra Jean Cheyenne Burbank Death – The authorities have confirmed and release the identity of the woman who died in a triple vehicle fatality on Sunday, July 26, as 23-year-old Cassondra Jean Cheyenne Burbank, of Sheridian.
Cassondra was killed on M-66 near Ruby Road in Montcalm County’s Sidney Township, when the 2003 Pontiac minivan in which she was a passenger was struck from behind.

According to authorities, five kids who were also occupants in the minivan, were hospitalized at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital following the accident.
In the Preliminary investigation, at about 12:06 p.m, the minivan was stopped on M-66, waiting to turn left, when it was hit from behind by a 2009 Chevrolet Impala sedan.
The force of that hit pushed the minivan into the southbound lane where it was struck by another vehicle a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck.
Others involved sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene except Cassondra who died at the scene.
