Cesar Perez and Louis Perez Death | Obituary
Two brothers Cesar Perez and Louis Perez died in a ghastly vehicle accident that happened on Sunday when the vehicle they were passengers in, reportedly hit parked cars on the 20600 of Parthenia Street and overturned.
The vehicle was driven by a 20 year-old Pablo Roman Trujillo Carrasco, who has been since taken to the hospital for treatment.
Carrasco was later charged with murder after being suspected of driving under influence of alcohol. Cesar was pronounced dead at the age of 19 and Louis at the age of 16.
