Chad Westbury Death | Chad Westbury Obituary – Chad Westbury has sadly passed away. According to WCIV | ABC News 4 on the 14th of July 2020, Chad Westbury a Johns Island man was a victim of a deadly shooting outside of a Walgreens on the island. 39-year-old Chad Westbury was fatally shot on Sunday night, 13th of July 2020 dying at the scene along Savannah Highway.
Authorities said an altercation had taken place prior to the shooting around 9 p.m. Westbury was later found unresponsive on the ground about half a mile away from the business. On Monday, officials were looking for a silver or tan pickup truck with an extended cab. Two men, a white male with a “bowl” haircut in his late teens or early 20s, and a Hispanic male in possession of a handgun, were seen inside of that vehicle, which may have been used in the homicide.
