Charles Evans Death | Obituary -21-year-old man was shot to death in the 8600 block of South Vincennes Avenue, early Sunday morning, July 5, 2020.
Evan was reportedly standing on the sidewalk at about 2:15 a.m. when he was shot in the head. He died instantly on the scene of the shooting.
As at the time of this report, no person of interest is in custody. The homicide act is under investigation.
