Chase Allen’s died in a tragic incident. He was just 1-year-old and few months. Chase’s mother had a blown out tire and was waiting for help to come so she could continue her journey to work… that was when the unexpected happened.
Another vehicle struck the disabled car from the rear, killing the toddler. This is very devastating news… very sad and traumatizing.
