Chris Beaty Death | Chris Beaty Obituary – Former UI Footballer Chris Beaty Shot Dead
On Saturday, 30st May, 2020 former Indiana defensive lineman Chris Beaty was shot and killed in downtown Indianapolis.
The area where Beaty was killed has been gripped with aggressive protest and violence for the past 3 days following the death of George Floyd.
There has been lots of gunshots over the last 3 days since the protest began.
Beaty’s cause of death is not yet clear, as it is not certain his death is in any way tied to the protests and violence that goes with it.
Chris was a defensive lineman on the IU football team from 2000 to 2004.
