Christopher Catching Death | Christopher Catching Obituary – Christopher Catching, 29, was a victim killed during a dispute in east Columbus. According to reports, officers were called to a reported shooting at 1223 Berwick Arms Place just before 5:40 p.m. on Thursday, 6th of August 2020 and found Christopher Catching suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics later confirmed Catching dead at 5:45 p.m.
Reports says no suspect has been found at this time. Police said its initial investigation revealed that Catching and an unidentified man were in the middle of a dispute when the shooting occurred. Catching allegedly went to the area to confront the man and the suspect then shot and killed him.
