Clarence Hale Death | Clarence Hale Obituary – Clarence Hale of Kingston, Ont has been pronounced dead in a tweet made by CBC Ottawa (@CBCOttawa) on the 19th of July 2020. Ontario Provincial Police divers have recovered the body of a 61-year-old Clarence Hale who went missing when his canoe capsized Saturday night. Searchers had been scouring the waters of a lake in South Frontenac Township, southeast of Sharbot Lake, approximately 130 kilometres southwest of downtown Ottawa.

Clarence had been reported missing shortly before 6:30 p.m. Saturday. His body was found late Sunday afternoon. Hale was a member of St. James’ Anglican Church in Kingston, which he joined in 1989, and was “a man of deep faith, great compassion and huge heart,” according to a message posted by the church on social media.
