Clarence Montgomery of Ledyard died January 22, 2020 following motor accident that happened on Route 32 in the area of Dobrucki Road in Franklin, said report.
Clarence Montgomery passed away Wednesday at about 11 p.m in accident. He passed on at the age of 59, said report.
Montgomery was traveling in a car, when he lost control of the vehicle and crossed into the other lane, where he crashed with another motor head-on, he was severely injured and uncommunicative after the impact of the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene of accident, said police.
The causes leading to the collision is under investigation.
