18-year-old Colton Howard from Rural Waveland, Ind. has fallen to his death into a Montgomery County grain bin, according to Montgomery County Sheriff Ryan Needham.
Colton fell to death on Friday, November 22. He was an employee at Ramsay Farms in Waveland. The incident reportedly happened before the hour of 10 p.m. on Friday.
Emergency responders recovered Howard’s body from inside of the bin. The sheriff says situations like this are always a difficult for those involved but the community has really stepped up to help.
It was reported that Rescuers cut several holes into the side of the grain bin in an attempt to recover Howard’s body.
