Creed Bouse from Cordell passed away Wednesday at about 6:50 p.m during a fatal vehicle crash that happened on County Road 2270 near Highway 152, according to police.
Creed Bouse was driving a Jeep Wrangler at high speed when the vehicle left the roadway, rolled multiple times and crashed into a utility pole, Creed was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident, according to report.
Bouse died at the age of 15 from head injuries in accident on December 4, 2019, according to report.
The crash remains under investigation.
