Curtis Holley Death – The authorities have confirmed and released the identity of the man who was fatally shot in his wife’s presence in The Bronx on Saturday, August 8 as 36-year-old Curtis Holley.
This release was made on Sunday, August 9.
The police reports that Holley was shot before 9.00 p.m on Saturday after flickering a cigarette close to a group of men.

Holley was shot on the stomach at East 165th Street and Prospect Avenue during an altercation with three men who took offense that he’d flicked his smoke their way, said the source.
According to a police source, “He flicked a cigarette. It just happened to be in the direction of three individuals. He didn’t mean to do it.”
Holley was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
So far no one has been arrested and the shooter not identified.
