Death & Obituary: Dani Cobain died December 1, 2019 following a fatal crash that occurred on Highway 89 near Kanab, according to report.
Dani Cobain passed away Sunday night along with two other individuals due to a fatal accident, report said.
Cobain was travelling on a car, when suddenly a van veered into oncoming traffic on Highway 89 near Kanab and hit her car, she was pronounced dead on the scene according to report.
Dani Cobain died at the age of 27 and was a teacher at the Madeleine Choir School in Salt Lake City, according to report made.
The Madeleine Choir School in Salt Lake City, where Cobain was teaching before she passed away described her as incredibly talented and loved by all at MCS, according to the School Facebook Page.
