Darwin Chavarria Death | Darwin Chavarria Obituary – 19 years old Darwin Chavarria was fatally shot while trying to enter an apartment early Sunday morning, 23rd of August 2020 in northeast Dallas. Officers responded at 1:18 a.m. to the Villas Del Solamar Apartments in the 8300 block of Park Lane, where Darwin Chavarria had been fatally shot.
According to 5NBC, Police said it is thought that Chavarria tried to enter an apartment without consent and that the tenant tried to stop the man from getting in, but failed. At some point during the encounter, the resident shot Chavarria, police said. The tenant was taken to the homicide unit to be interviewed. The shooting was one of several Dallas police responded to overnight.
