Death & Obituary: Dasani Green has passed away. He was a student-athlete in the West Mifflin Area School District.
Dasani Green died on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. His cause of death is under investigation.
High School principal Chad Licht sent a letter home to parents on Tuesday informing them of the “recent loss to our school community” who “unexpectedly passed away.”
“This loss is sure to raise many emotions, concerns and questions for our entire school, especially our students,” Licht wrote. “We are saddened by the loss to our school community and will make every effort to help you and your child.”
Litch did not announce the student, but West Mifflin police confirmed that the death of Dasani Green, 17, is being investigated.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s office, said the teen died at 9:58 a.m. Tuesday at a home in the 800 block of Anna Avenue in West Mifflin.
