Leguintin Ford, a 33-year-old man fatally shot himself after he shot and killed 28-year-old Victoria Amanda St. Hillaire.
Records revealed Amanda who was shot dead in North Carolina had obtained a consent order prohibiting Ford from having contact with her or her children.
Durham police public information officer Kammie Michael says it appears Lequintin shot and killed Victoria and then fatally shot himself on Monday.
Victoria and Lequintin were found dead in a parking lot near UNC Family Medicine where police say St. Hillaire worked.
