According to New York Giants tweet post on March 13, 2020, Del Shofner passed away leaving his family and fans unhappy. Del Shofner contributed a lot to the New York Giants, we offer our deepest condolence to his family and friends.
It is unknown to us Del Shofner cause of death and funeral preparation plans.
The Giants remember the legacy of Del Shofner who passed away this week. One of the top receivers of his time, Shofner helped take the Giants to three championship games, had three years with 1,000 receiving yards for NY, and was named to the 1960’s all-decade team.
