Demond Jones Death – Authorities have identified the victim of a homicide in Jefferson City that happened on Wednesday morning, July 15, 2020 as Demond Jones, 35, of Jefferson City.
The Jefferson City Police Department reports that Jones was shot early Wednesday morning.

Upon the police arrival to the 900 block of Jackson Street, they found Jones laying on the road, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was rushed to the University Medical Center but died on the way to the hospital.
