Deshawn Reid Death – Obituary: On Friday, August 14th, 2020, a 28-year-old Brooklyn man identified as Deshawn Reid was shot to death in a broad daylight, outside his apartment building.
Reid was shot and wounded right outside his apartment. The gunshot fired around 4 p.m., struck Reid in the torso in front of his home on Ocean Avenue, near Crooke Avenue, police said.

Reid was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
An investigation into his death is ongoing and the shooter remained at large early Saturday.
