I’m lost for words, I don’t know what to say.
The whole family is heartbroken about the news! Dhan Bains touched so many hearts. You had a contagious smile, We knew you through our cousins and I was blessed to connect with you on many occasions.You had this huge smile always on your face, you always spoke with so much respect and politeness with everyone you spoke to. Wether someone was older, younger or the same age as you, you always found a way to connect.
You knew how to treat people, there was not a negative bone in your body, such a calm, peaceful and happy soul.
Any time we walked or drove past you, you made sure to stop and greet us or wave and it always bought a smile to our faces. I didn’t know you on a personal level as my brothers did, but I am deeply saddened and still in shock over the news! A life with so much potential and love has been taken from us much to soon, it breaks me to know that we won’t ever have our little moments we shared with you again, those simple waves with that big smile at the end of the driveway when we crossed paths will never happen again.
Like Aman said to you once “I’ll be happy if my boys grow up to have half the respect and humilty you have” and we truly mean that. You have a legacy that will live on forever pal, at such a young age you had reached so many heart!Where ever you may be, just remember you touched so many lives with the littlest gestures. Heartbreaking to learn a great athlete in our community has left us so suddenly, in his twenties.Dhan Bains, a local star player in basketball and soccer.Coached against him many times.Always respectful, well mannered, class act and “how are you uncle.”
Earned his accolades in sport via hard work and utmost dedication.Just a great kid and his best years were ahead of him…..Another life lost due to a water tragedy.Message to our youth: Enjoy the water and outdoors, but please take extra precautions.Mother, father and family members have lost their leader, a special voice left us too soon.Speechless
