Dheeraj was pronounced dead following the accident. Other accident victims suffered moderate injuries in the crash and were transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
It is not clear if the two toddlers in the vehicle are the couple children. A preliminary investigation indicates the husband was the only person in the vehicle wearing a seatbelt, Schafer said.
The accident happened around 3:35 a.m., Thursday. The man and his wife were traveling in a 2006 Toyota RAV4 when the vehicle for unknown reason, traveled off the road way, struck a tree and overturned.
Dheeraj and the two toddlers were ejected from the vehicle.
