Diane Pallokat Death – The husband of the drowned woman identified as 55-year-old Diane Pallokat, told reporters that as one of his wife’s favorite pastimes, she went to the pool in the exclusive Rio Vista development on Crocker Mansion Drive around 9:30 p.m. Saturday and sat in a lawnchair in the shallow end.

Eric, Pallokat husband says he eventually went to bed and later found her body about 12 hours later.
Mahwah police, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, the Bergen County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Bureau of Criminal Identification, were the responders and are collecting evidence to this incident.
