Dietrich Hart has died at the age of 55 following an accident that happened on FM 256 in Tyler County. The crash was reported to have happened before 4:45 a.m., approximately 5 miles east of Colmesneil.
According to report, a 2008 Ford Focus was heading westbound on FM 256 when it traveled off the lane and flipped over many times.
The driver of the vehicle, Robert Hadnot was transported to Tyler County hospital by ambulance. He sustained serious injuries and was not wearing a seat-belt at the time of the accident, according to preliminary investigation.
Dietrich Hart was pronounced dead at the at Tyler County hospital after being transported by ambulance. Investigation also revealed he was not wearing seatbelt and was ejected from the Ford Focus.
