Dr. Abelardo was a prodigy of Puerto Rican medicine and was recognized for the many lives he has attended and his contributions to the integral health of his patients. For that reason, in 2016 the Autonomous Municipal Government of Carolina recognized the doctor for his 65 years of medical service. He was an amazing soul he contributed greatly for the bitterness of his community and society he will be greatly missed for his hard work and great dedication.
