Dylan Edwards Accident | Dylan Edwards Dead

Dylan Michael Edwards of Engelhard died December 6, 2019 in a ghastly vehicle collision that happened between Pity My Shoe Road and Scotia fire tower, south of Columbia, according to police.

Dylan Micheal were travelling southbound along with a younger teen in a car on the N.C. Highway 94, when the driver turned the opposite direction and drove off the roadway, where the car rolled multiple times and crashed into a canal on the east part of the road, according to police.

Edward was found unresponsive at the scene of the accident. He passed away Friday night at the age of 16, according to police.

Micheal was an outstanding athlete for the Lakers and also a student at Mattamuskeet Early College High School.

The crash remains under investigation.
